Hybrid printing on conveyor belt
JETRIX XAR320 combines work with roll media and rigid substrates. Material transport takes place on a belt. Konica Minolta 1024A printheads apply ink cured by LED-UV light.
The manufacturer states a material width of up to 3200 mm and rigid substrate thickness of up to 50 mm. The configuration of heads and channels, including white and varnish, is selected for the process. Speed up to 118 m²/h refers to the two-row layout described by the manufacturer, not every version of the device.
