JETRIX LXa6-R — flatbed LED-UV plotter with optional roll-to-roll printing
JETRIX LXa6-R is used for printing on rigid substrates on a 2500 × 1300 mm table. An optional roll-to-roll module enables printing on compatible flexible materials up to 2100 mm wide. The photo shows the flatbed version, without the optional roll-to-roll module.
Printheads and ink configuration
Konica Minolta KM1024a printheads work with a 6 pl drop. The device can have up to 16 printheads in one or two rows. Available configuration options include CMYK, Lc, Lm, white, primer, and varnish; not all channels and options are present in every configuration. Resolution is up to 1440 dpi, and ink tanks have a capacity of 2,5 l.

Maximum substrate thickness on the table: 100 mm.
Maximum table load: 100 kg/m².
Six vacuum zones controlled from the interface; up to 4000 mmAq.
Automatic material positioning pins.
Roll printing option: print width up to 2100 mm and maximum roll weight 80 kg.

Measurement performed in masking mode with a print width of 2,5 m. Maximum speed 146,2 m²/h applies to a layout of 16 heads in two rows. The result depends on the image, firmware, computer performance, configuration, and settings. This is not a performance guarantee for every job nor a separate print speed specification from a roll; we confirm working with white or varnish for the selected variant.

Applications
Advertising boards and plates, display elements, graphics on acrylic, glass, and plastics, wood and flat object personalization. The roll-to-roll option expands applications to compatible foils, banners, and canvas. Adhesion, surface preparation, and ink selection must be confirmed with a test on the specific material.
Installation requirements and software
The catalog specifies a power supply of 380 V AC, 3 phases (3W) + PE, 50–60 Hz, 30 A, 5,5 kVA and compressed air of 0,5 MPa (5 bar). Device dimensions: 4820 × 2100 × 1560 mm; weight: 1600 kg. Recommended operating conditions: 18–25°C and humidity 30–60% non-condensing. We confirm dimensions and requirements of the roll-to-roll option for the ordered configuration.
Supported RIP software: ONYX, CALDERA and PRINT FACTORY. Version, driver, license and functions should be confirmed when choosing the configuration.
