Packaging printing with automatic feeding
Focus Falcon-491S Pro prints with water-based CMYK ink on paper bags, envelopes and cardboard packaging. Integrated friction feeder separates flat materials from a stack and feeds them for printing in a single pass.
Parameters and configuration
HP PageWide A4 printhead: print width 210 mm.
HP PageWide A3 printhead: print width 305 mm.
Maximum material width: 430 mm.
Print speed: 10–17 m/min, depending on resolution from 1200 × 300 to 1200 × 1200 dpi.
Maximum clearance under the printhead: 180 mm, adjustable via touchscreen.
Automatic feeder for flat materials up to 17 mm thick.
Height adjustment allows positioning the printhead to the material on the conveyor. 180 mm clearance does not mean the ability to automatically feed objects of such thickness.
