UV DTF transfers for marking objects
Aily Erick DTF UV60 is a UV DTF printer in the ~60 cm class. It prepares transfers for marking bottles, cosmetic packaging, cases, promotional gadgets and plaques. The graphic is created on film and then transferred to the object by pressure and carrier removal.
Configuration and functions
3–4 Epson I1600 printheads, depending on configuration.
Colors CMYK + white + varnish; white creates an underbase, and varnish provides the finish.
Printing on UV DTF A film and combination with B application film in the integrated lamination module.
Ink curing with UV LED light.
Roll-to-roll operation with automatic film feeding and rewinding.
Automatic printhead cleaning.
This is a transfer system for marking objects, not direct printing or textile DTF. The film and application method are selected based on the product surface.
